Subculture:
use laminin-coated flasks and seed out at about 0.5 x 106 cells in a T25 flask or 1 x 106 cells in a T75 flask; split confluent culture 1:2 every 3-5 days using warm TrypLE Express, after rinsing the cell layer with PBS; change medium every 3 - 5 days
