<- T. Clavel, RWTH Aachen; Cla-JM-1. Gut content; wild mouse. Germany, Aachen. Sequence accession no. 16S rRNA gene: OM658625. (Medium 339 Instead of Na-resazurin add 0,002 ml/ml Phenosafranin (Stock solution 1,25 mg/ml in H2O). After heating add 0,010 ml/ml Cystein-DTT (DL-Dithiothreitol)-solution (0,05 g/ml Cystein, 0,02 g/ml DTT). In solid media add 5% horse blood., incubation time: 2-3 days, pH 7, 37°C, aerobic)
