Important information
Phages from the DSMZ are available in the following formats:
- 1 ml liquid suspensions or,
- vacuum-dried suspensions on filter paper, sealed in double-vial glass ampoules
If both options are available for a given phage, costumers may choose their preferred format. Pricing remains the same regardless of format.
Important considerations:
- For some phages, only minimal data may be available.
- All DSMZ phages are purified and routinely tested for viability.
- We do not provide exact titer information upon phage dispatch, but the titer for each batch is recoded and available upon request.
- Titer-controlled suspensions (≥ 1 × 108 PFU/ml) are used for distribution, and viability is documented for each batch. However, phage titers may vary between batches.
