Please note that orders and requests received via email or our webshop during our Winter Break from 15 Dec 2025 to
9 Jan 2026 will be stored in our systems, but not processed until after the break.
Shipping of pending purchase orders will start on 12 Jan 2026 in the order of their arrival at DSMZ.
The DSMZ currently hosts more than 92,500 bioresources, most of them are available from our online catalogues.

The DSMZ customer is your company or institution/university.
New customers are kindly informed that first orders cannot be processes via the webshop. If this is the first order of your company/university at DSMZ, we need this first order on your business letter showing all company details and with an authorized signature. You can send your signed first order via an email attachment or letter. For email, please address sales(at)dsmz.de (for microorganisms), mutz(at)dsmz.de (for human and animal cell lines) or plantvirus(at)dsmz.de (for plant viruses including antisera). Due to regulatory reasons we need to validate your business data. All future orders can then be processed online via the webshop. More information for first orders can be found here.
